Against mites and mold Ecological house

The B&B Smile, can be considered as an Ecological-house, because an health care hygiene system is taken in order to avoid the production of mites or mold, that are harmful factors for those suffering from asthma and allergies.

Basically, we tried to create environments easy to clean and maintain, in order to avoid, as far as possible, the presence in the rooms of mites and mold wich are the cause of allergy problems.

No carpets
There are no carpet, rugs and linoleum.

The floors are ceramic.

WALLS

No wallpaper
The walls are not covered with paper or cloth,,
are painted with water-soluble colors.

There are no curtains only blinds placed on the windows.

No plants in the room
There are not plants and flowers in the bedrooms;.
No flowers in the room
There are no plants and flowers in the bedrooms;.

CONDITIONING

No humidifiers
There are not environment humidifiers;
Heat pumps category A
Heat pumps are category A.

BANS

No smoking
Smoking is forbidden in the common areas.
Balcony
In each bedroom there is a balcony where smoking is allowed.

Beds careWe pamper our guests

Pillows are lined with breathable fabric. Sheets and pillowcases are washed at 90 degrees, at minimum, once a week, at each change of Guest. The headboard and footboard of the bed are not padded.
